Very simple and easy to use lifting calculator. Just put in your one rep max and the amount of sets/reps and it will give you the amount of weight to use per set.

Use the lifting calculator to get the most out of your workouts. Knowing or estimating your one rep max, you are able to choose between different sets/reps and it will calculate the weight you should use to benefit you and get the most out of your workout!

Converts Pounds to Kilograms/Kilograms to Pounds. Slight percentage error but usually 0.5-2lbs off correlation between the two systems. Only lift the weight that feels comfortable to you and within your limits.
